Recording

Audio & Video recording is allowed at most workshops. Check with the leader first. No audio or video recording is permitted at the stages. Thanks for your cooperation.

Children's Activities

There will be a Children's Area fully staffed and supervised from 10 am till 5:30 pm each day. A variety of crafts, music, and other activities will be offered to children 3 years and older.

The Children's Area is run by Anna Stange. Anna has been performing, teaching and working with children and families for three decades. These days, she leads monthly SongFarmer song circles in Madison, FL, entertains hospitalized children in Chicago, with Pickleberry Pie, and performs public concerts for children. Anna lives and farms on 5 acres in North Florida. Her recordings for children and families are available at the festival.

Come Prepared

NO Alcohol is permitted in the park or at any festival activity.

Limited Seating Available

In the Concert Stage & Workshop areas, seating is limited. Bring a blanket, cushion, or lawn chair, if you wish. Please make sure people behind you can see the stage!

Pets are allowed at the festival but must be leashed.

Mosquitoes (and this year, cicadas) may be present. Be prepared.

Weather Considerations

The festival will go on rain or shine under tents and pop-ups unless there is severe weather in the area (high winds or lightning). In such a case, we will be required to clear the park either temporarily or for the rest of the day, depending upon the specific conditions.

The performance tent is large and covers both the stage and the seating area, so the concerts are likely to proceed as scheduled. Workshops under the pop-ups will be managed case-by-case.
